PLEASE HELP having problems with my TC2!!!

Hey guys Im having problems with my novak tc2. when I plug the battery in, the motor goes for like a second adn stops and then you push throttle no go and steering dont work and then i try to program it and i cant get it to program.

can anyone help me please do!!!

The drive transistor is probably toast. What happens when you flip the switch on and off with everything hooked up?
