I have a budget of 50-60$ on a charger

whats a decent one??

Depends on what you plan to do.
If you only plan to mess around then that price range is fine.
But should you decide to get into some type of club racing, the charge rates may not be adaquate or there may be other features you'd like. Check out some other companies: Integy, Novak, Orion, Reedy Associates LRP/Quatum, Duratrax/Hobbico (distributed by Tower Hobbies). Check features such as: amperage rates, cell limits (1-12, 6,7 etc), digital or analog meter, time/peak charge, battery charging type (Nicad/NiMH), peak voltage selections and other like discharging, shows peak voltage and MAH (mili amp hour rating at peak charge). Some of these features help if you decide to race, while they aren't necessary if all you intend to do is bashing. Though most everyone who had not thought of racing on any level, has wanted to test the waters.

im lookin to bash

i have a 300-340 spending limit

i want to start with a base TC3

i want a 15-13 turn motor

a decent radio

decent ESC

and perferably a charger for NiMH batts....but i have a charger..a hobbico...only charges NiCad tho...is that ok? its a peak...
