I really need to set up a (preferably) 190 mm Trueno body like the Initial D ride for a friend of mine -- but I've had a hard time finding one...
...any D fans out there who have found a supplier in the 'States? Or even in Japan that will ship?
Thanks, and post pix if you have one of these bodies, in any color scheme. I'd love to see if the molding is any good...

ABC Hobbies makes one...good luck finding it though. Even when you do find one in japan the store usually wants like 25bucks to ship it. You could always just buy a micro with the trueno for 79 :)

We've already got the Trueno Micro. He and his friends have disposible income, and they were so excited about the micros that I told them to get 1/10 scale touring cars and race them in the parking lot at lunch time.
I mean, the Trueno would not be the only body he'd use, but it would be really great if I could get one for him. If it's difficult to get, that's fine; it's that much less likely that everyone will get one.
$25 for shipping is totally worth it. I'd get two, one to run and one to keep.

FYI, I'm pretty sure they were called Corollas in the US.
